This is a shameless attempt to save the the most advanced civilization in
history from imminent self destruction by eliminating carbon emission,
dependence on foreign sources of fuel, obesity, hypertension and diabetes.
Cycling accomplishes all those things at once and helps us develop a better
understanding of ourselves, each other and our relationship to the cosmos.

Oh, horse puckey!
I like to ride bikes, have been doing it all my life.
The rest of that crap is just a fringe benefit,
and the blogosphere gives me a chance to share my interior
monologue with virtual rather than imaginary friends.

This reminds me of an 11 speed cassette

WTF!
That's right, a tall bike.   One frame welded to another,  I'm just not cool enough,
that's what it is.  I actually caught up to this honyock on the street.
I came up behind him, and said:
"I've got one question, why?"
He said, "I'm more visible and can see farther."
Fair enough, but I can't help but wonder if he isn't the 4th of 7 children or something.
It still looks like one of those "I did it because I can" things.
It's like the club meeting last fall when a shop owner came to tell us all the wonders presented at interbike.
One of the subjects that came up was the new 11 speed cassettes and chains.
When asked why they were producing things like that, he said, "Short answer, they can, and it's new and shiny .  I believe in the old adage that 7 is heaven, 8 is great, 9 is fine, ten is fucking ridiculous!
11,  I don't know where that takes us, but I think we will be shifting in 1/2 tooth increments before long.
Because we can!
